Senior Frontend Developer and Tech Lead with 10+ years building consumer web products: headless ecommerce, design systems, and frontend architecture with React, TypeScript, Next.js and Shopify. Projects
Long-term core developer on the headless storefront of 7mesh.com, a premium cycling apparel brand. Built PDP and PLP with faceted filtering, Algolia search, cart, and a full account section. Performance and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility improvements ongoing since 2022.
Core contributor and maintainer of JIBE internal design system, powering all of its headless ecommerce storefronts. Built core components, led React 19 and Next.js upgrade discovery, and strengthened tooling with Chromatic visual regression and automated dependency pipelines.
Core developer on a headless Shopify storefront for a premium baby and kids sleepwear brand. Built an interactive size guide, advanced search with preserved scroll, BOPIS availability, and multi-currency support for Australia and UK market launches.
Frontend development of the multi-vendor marketplace apps for leggings.com, in partnership with Orium. Built the merchant app for brand and product management and the admin app for moderation, smart collections, and category management.
Frontend architect and developer of Kizi.nl, Overstappen.nl consumer comparison platform. Designed the stack alongside the CTO, built the site and app integrations, and coordinated developers and design decisions.
Built and maintained the Build & Price vehicle configurator for FCA Group North American brand sites — Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat and Alfa Romeo. Nearly three years of feature development on a high-traffic consumer tool with real-time pricing and availability.

Thailand
2025 – Now
In August 2025 I left Amsterdam. Spent a few months rediscovering southern Italy, then in October boarded a one-way flight to Thailand on a digital nomad visa. Same job. Same team. Different side of the world. Still figuring out the rest, one pad thai at a time.
Netherlands
2019 – 2025
Moving to Amsterdam in early 2019 felt like stepping into the version of life I had been building toward. I lived in the heart of the city, between Centraal and Dam Square, worked in tech, and watched the world flip to remote almost overnight in March 2020. That shift suited me. By 2022 I was fully remote for a Canadian company, working across time zones — and somewhere between a first trip to Indonesia and a winter in British Columbia, I realised the city I lived in mattered less than I had thought. Amsterdam gave me six and a half good years. It also planted the seed for what came next.

2013 – 2018
Five years in Turin taught me two things: that learning by doing is the only kind that sticks, and that I was not afraid of starting over somewhere new. The ITS programme put me into real projects from day one. By the time I left in late 2018, I had a career — and the confidence to take a much bigger leap.

I grew up just outside Bologna. Technical high school, computer science track — where I got serious about code for the first time. Between shifts at the warehouse and the supermarket, I kept studying — and when an ITS ICT programme in Turin came up with hands-on work in mobile app design, I said yes.

I believe the tech industry has a responsibility to build more sustainable, mindful products. Outside of work, I try to live by the same values — reducing my footprint across every choice I can, from what I eat to how I travel, and offsetting what I can't avoid through tree planting and local carbon offset projects in Thailand.

Based in Bangkok since late 2025, after six years in Amsterdam. Fully remote, used to working across time zones with North American and European teams.
Italian native, English professional, Thai — still in progress.
Reggae has been part of my life for years — festival fields in the Netherlands, late nights wherever I've lived. Alborosie, L'Entourloop, and Capleton are the ones that never get old.
